Designing a Social Media Playbook for over 100 countries
Accor has tasked us to create a social media playbook to serve as a reference point across their various platforms. They have hotels over 100 countries, with various experience with social media exposure. This project seeks to unify the brand’s experience across the board and take into account the nuances of specific online platforms.
After a lot of exploration, I've arrived at a sleek, sophisticated look for Sofitel’s Social Media Playbook. Shortly after it was published, we also worked on Pullman Hotel - A business/leisure hotel offering of the Accor group.
Today, the social media playbooks are used as guide for their online communication - remaining accessible to different hotels and marketers working with them.
